K–6 Curriculum & Facilitated by an experienced Early Childhood Education Professional

Hello
I'm Nadine Aboagye. The Founder and Facilitator of EDTECH Creative.
Welcome, to Where Education, Technology and Creativity Meet!
I'm very proud to bring this programming to young people across Edmonton and the surrounding areas. As a mother since 1995, an Early Childhood Educator since 2005, and a Federal Law Enforcement Officer since 2012, I have combined my personal, educational and professional experience to bring what I believe to be very comprehensive and relevant programs to help educate and inspire our children. As well as support teachers in providing hands-on reinforcement of the New Alberta, K-6 curriculum.
Let me help you make learning fun!
My Story
I was born and raised in Niagara Falls Ontario. My husband and I moved to Edmonton in 2008 and we have been very happy to call it home and grow our family here. I have a uniquely diverse background and believe this gives me an advantage in working and communicating with children, parents and educators.
I became a mother in 1995, and had my last of 4 children in 2016. I've been an Early Childhood Educator since 2005, and a Federal Law Enforcement Officer since 2012. I'm also the Co-Ordinator of the Our Missing Children's initiative in my role as an Officer. I have a plethora of experience in Early Childhood Education, including owning and operating 2 Child Care Centers. I was the original owner/operator of Kid-Tech Preschool, Daycare & OSC in Sherwood Park. I developed the premise and programming of that Centre and later sold it after the birth of my 4th child. I have combined my personal, educational and professional experience to bring what I believe to be a very comprehensive, fun, interactive, and important line up of programs designed to give our children information and tools to keep them safe on-line and to recognize the importance of using technology to help us learn and create... not just as a means of entertainment! As well as to reinforce the New Alberta K-6 curriculum that educators work so hard to implement, with engaging, hand-on activities, and skill reinforcing take home gifts.
