A Qualified Program Facilitator will come to your classroom with most of the required materials for the in-class field trip. Anything you need to provide (such as a smart board, pencils, volunteers, etc,) will be detailed in the "Learn More" section of the programs listed below, as well as in a follow up email after booking. Each Programs runs 2 hours in length, and your Facilitator will arrive at least 20 minutes before the program start time to get set up and go over any additional information you or your volunteers may need or answer any questions you may have. Our program times are Mondays - Fridays, 9am-11am and 12:30pm-2:30pm. If you require an adjustment to the start time, please make a note of that on your booking.  You will receive confirmation of the start time change request once the booking details are confirmed. At the conclusion of the program/in-class field trip, each child will be given a take home item. It will either be an item they made during the program such as in 3D Creations, or a toy that reflects the skills learned during the program/in-class field trip such as a puzzle game for Coding with Botley (computational thinking).
